How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery within the United States usually takes 6–8 business days, for a total of 7–10 business days from order date. Orders placed after 5:00 PM MT (Mon–Fri) are processed the next business day. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — shipping is free on all orders within the United States. We currently ship within the US only.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow it. You can also track your order any time on our order tracking page.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition. To start a return, contact us using the details below. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it enters processing (orders are processed within 1–2 business days).
